We are World Heritage!

Last weekend the UNESCO World Heritage Committee desided during its meeting in Baku, Azerbaijan, to inscripe the Mining Cultural Landscape Erzgebirge/Krušnohoří along the German-Czech border as World Heritage. Consequently, the importance of the Interreg project “Our World Heritage”, which core-consult supports in its implementation and where the meaning of world heritage is promoted in schools and other educational bodies, increases. Furthermore, the already finished Interreg projects ArchaeoMontan and ArchaeoMontan 2018 contributed significantly to this success through their research of medieval mining activities in the Ore Mountains.
