Steering Group Meeting – problems, solutions and conclusions

On 03.02.2020 a virtual Steering Group Meeting of the project RegiaMobil was held. During the meeting, in addition to a summary of previous project activities and budget review, the current situation and problems that the project partners are currently facing were discussed. All project partners agreed that of all the activities planned within the framework of the project, under the circumstances of the epidemic crisis the most difficult to implement are pilot actions and information events aimed to local, regional and national authorities and the general public. As part of the project, two film concepts will be developed by the end of March 2021. The selected concept will be produced and then presented at a final event in Brussels in March 2022.

At the end of the meeting, another date was set for an additional meeting for the partners responsible for organizing the next event in the project – the expert workshop, which had to be postponed again due to epidemiological reasons.  Furthermore, the partners responsible for the preparation of the pilot actions will also participate in the next meeting in order to further discuss future activities.
