Urban SMS: Carrying out of project Mid-Term Evaluation

On behalf of the City of Stuttgart as Lead Partner of the Central Europe project URBAN SMS core-consult carried out the Mid-Term-Evaluation of the project. Main task was an intensive analysis of project- and financial management structures established core-consult did also evaluation the quality and availabitly of project results, information and communication activities.

Beside an intensive analysis of project documents and results core-consult took also part in the mid-term conference of the URBAN SMS project in Celje, Slovenia in May 2010 as external evluator and rapporteur.
