Trilateral Action Plan: three countries – one region: Trinational project development

core-consult together with KEM – Community Development Central Germany GmbH, Dresden (Germany) took over the development of a Trilateral Action Plan: three countries – one region. core-consult will especially take care of Polish and Czech project partners and stakeholders being involved the initative and project development.

core will carry several interviews and meetings with regional stakeholders from politics, industry and public administration to support the development of respective project workpackages in the cross-border project.
