Moderation and documentation

While working in international consortia is no doubt an enriching experience, challenges often arise when results of joint tasks are required to be documented. We therefore coordinate the international exchange, moderate discussions and collaborative tasks, and organise the documentation of the results in foreseen templates and reports.

core-consult has been tasked with the External Project and Finance Management (aka External Project Secretariat) of dozens of national, cross-border, transnational and interregional projects. We use innovative management tools, structure joint discussion processes and proactively search for solutions if confronted by challenges. We furthermore ease the lead partners’ tasks in the administrative handling and governance of the project and support the communication with the programme authorities.
